How billing works

Each plan includes monthly credits. Once those are used, additional usage is billed based on what was actually used.

Included monthly credits

Chat includes $10 in monthly credits. Voice includes $30. Those credits help cover the ongoing companion experience before overage kicks in.

Usage after credits

If your family uses more than the included amount, billing continues based on usage. The billing area shows progress clearly so parents are not left guessing.
